      We are currently recruiting for the position of:

      Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance - Modesto, CA

      Job Summary :

      The Senior Analyst will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the financial performance of the total Company. They will support planning and budgeting processes such as the annual budget cycle, monthly reporting and quarterly reforecasts and long-range strategic planning efforts. This role will help to own the corporate financial calendar and work closely with other FP&A business teams to deliver timely consolidated financial outlooks for the total company including cash flow and balance sheet forecasting. They will also manage total Capital Expenditures and ensure all capital projects are within set forth budget spending. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as determined.

      Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

      · Work with cross-functional FP&A teams to manage annual budgeting, monthly & quarterly forecasting, and financial review process

      · Analyze and report on total company financial performance and key metrics

      · Develop consolidated financial view to understand key operational results and business insights

      · Track spending across total company capital expenditures against company budgets

      · Develop complex financial models and business intelligence to analyze strategic initiatives and inform business decisions.

      · Assist with presentations for investor and board meetings

      · Assist business owners with financial guidance with proactive research and analysis

      · Other ad-hoc support and analysis as needed

      Hiring pay range: $85,000.00 - 115,000.00

      Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) :

      · 3+ years relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, and/or consulting

      · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, finance/accounting knowledge (e.g. ability to create sophisticated financial models, understanding of balance sheet, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.)

      · Ability to synthesize, present, and communicate information and analysis

      · Working knowledge of SQL or other data management tools, statistics and related technical skills preferred

      · Robust analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and teach financial information to a non-financial audience

      · Solid organizational skills, detail oriented, and multi-tasking abilities essential

      · Ability to operate independently and to influence across multiple organizational levels

      · Strong problem-solving skills, ability to summarize results succinctly and able to perform under times of high pressure

      Education : Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

      Experience : Minimum of five years of experience in rigorous, fast-paced financial planning, analysis and modeling, preferably with a grocery or retail company

      Other : Some travel required

      Physical : Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects
