Your role The senior Analyst, Digital Development, Atlassian Administrator will be responsible for advising, piloting and supporting any initiative related to Jira and Confluence to facilitate the daily management of digital media production teams. He/she will ensure the availability of the service while providing technical assistance to the internal teams, define how to evolve our practices and be responsible for their implementation and respect. What will your responsibilities be? - Advise in-house teams on best practices for using Atlassian solutions (Confluence, Service Desk, Jira). Prepare and deliver training as needed - Build or modify integration points between the various tools - Evaluate the use of Atlassian add-ons to meet team needs - Establish Jira best practices and work with project teams to implement those practices. Ensure that best practices are effectively implemented by teams - Manage user accounts, workflows and other customization features - Perform the necessary configurations to support governance and best practices, change management and contingency management - Manage incidents affecting Atlassian platforms in self-service mode or by contacting Atlassian Support - Develop dashboards with advanced filters to provide end-users and management with metrics and status reports - Work with project teams to create/maintain Jira projects, workflows and script automations; - Lead the in-house committee in charge of evolving Atlassian tools (determine the agenda, draft minutes, follow up on action items, etc.) - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products, administration best practices and Agile methodology best practices - Develop and maintain a roadmap of Atlassian initiatives. Present it to management and Digital Media teams as needed - Monitor the evolution of Jira and Confluence productsAbout the company
