      National Grid is hiring a Senior Analyst, Project Management Office Management for Massachusetts. This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to one of our locations

      Job Purpose

      National Grid is hiring a project management senior analyst for the Plan portfolio, overseeing and coordinating strategic initiatives for end-to-end process performance and execution of specific improvement efforts to realize benefits in quality, delivery, and cost across the Plan portfolio value stream.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Work with business leaders/stakeholders to build roadmaps and implementation plans that align with business strategic goals.
      • Co-lead cross-functional business teams by clarifying requirements, delivery expectations with business stakeholders, flagging risks/potential pitfalls, and define success criteria.
      • Develop and maintain the framework for program accountabilities and governance to support the successful delivery of the program against critical success criteria.
      • Develop performance measure to track, monitor and report on the program health to NE Electric leadership.
      • Develop and maintain controls related to organizational changes and encourage continual program management improvement.
      • Other duties as required to support process and change management in the NE Electric Org.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with senior executives and leaders throughout the organization.
      • 5+ years’ experience in electric operations, program and/or project management, process improvement, or equivalent relevant experience.
      • Success in implementing process change.
      • Knowledge of digital product implementation fundamentals, digital ways of working, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
      • Valid driver’s license required.

      Salary - $107,000 - $126,000

      This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
