      Req#: 26-07575

      Required to stand, bend, and climb a ladder for extended periods of time. Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper documents. Shifting of folders as required to make space. Able to work independently as well as with a team. Organizes and files applications and documents. Creates new folders to be filed. Secures and protects the privacy of documents. Discards documents when required in accordance with official procedures. Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents. Retrieves files as requested.

      Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy. A dedication to preserving information and materials. Clear handwriting, ability to read and understand a wide range of materials, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, research and critical thinking skills.

      "No degrees or experience is really needed. I would just like to really express that it is not a desk job. They will be on their feet, physically filing papers they're whole shift. Most candidates that we interview are unaware of that and turn down our offers. We really just need people that follow directions as given. And can alphabetize".
