      Role Summary & Impact
      As a Senior Associate working across Experiential and Gaming partnerships, you will be working with our experiential and gaming experts to shape, develop, manage and oversee partnerships across both of these areas of expertise. You will be responsible for completing the day-to-day needs relating to content partnerships, from developing tactical media recommendations to launching campaigns and measuring performance.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with experiential team to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging brand experiences and events.
      • Assist in the development of creative concepts and strategies for experiential activations.
      • Manage logistics, timelines, and budgets for experiential and gaming projects.
      • Travel, when necessary, to oversee event management for experiential partnerships and gaming events .
      • Work closely with the gaming/esports team to integrate brands into gaming initiatives and events.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the gaming and esports space.
      • Assist in the development of creative concepts and strategies for gaming and esports partnerships.
      • Assist in the development, review and negotiation of partnership proposals throughout an RFP process.
      • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
      • Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the integration of experiential and gaming elements in campaigns.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
      • 1-2 years of professional experience in events or gaming, demonstrating a solid understanding of experiential and gaming landscapes.
      • Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of successful experiential campaigns or gaming initiatives.
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop highly organized timelines and documents to manage program logistics.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
      • Familiarity and/or a passion for gaming and esports communities, platforms, and industry trends.
      • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

      The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
