What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex financial and operational analyses
- Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
- Provide meaningful reporting and analytic solutions to leadership
- Interpret data and analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Focus on one of the following areas: Patient Yield/Front, Mid/Coding Metrics, Payer Yield/Denials, Vendor Performance, PB and/or Post Acute
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Technology or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years of analytical experience in healthcare financial analysis or related discipline
- 3 years of Revenue Cycle or Finance experience
