Job Description

- Develop and coordinate program content for multiple steering committees
- Engage with stakeholders to develop an understanding of User Access Management (UAM) capabilities
- Lean into the detail and technology to challenge and problem solve
- Identify change impact risks and associated mitigants
- Review communications and coach team members on change and communications best practice
- Oversee communication deliverables
- Strong people and communications skills
- Experience with internal projects and change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile transformations
- A can-do attitude and able to think out of the box
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels across a global organisation
- A sense of ownership with a passion for communication and creativity
An exciting opportunity exists to support the change and communications for a major digital transformation touching every business across Macquarie Group. You will work directly with the Senior Change Manager and program teams to execute on a change and communication strategy as part of a Global Change Program for User Access Management (UAM).

For the successful candidate this is a great opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role in cyber security within a global financial services organisation. You do not need to have cyber security or User Access Management (UAM) experience to be considered for this role.
