Responsible to adopt and adhere to the Mazars support and implementation methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Participate in the collaboration of the cross-functional teams to garner input and domain experience to be incorporated into overall solution design.
Adopt templates, strategy documentation, training materials to support the delivery methodology repository for all content required by the implementation teams.
Provide subject matter expertise in Mazars engagements to ensure adoption of the methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure a consistent delivery experience.
Solution knowledge with historical and current system capabilities, with continuous learning to stay up to date with Microsoft offerings and leverage the software to drive the best overall solutions for the clients
Work with clients to adopt industry best practices that align with strategic roadmap.
The candidate should be able to participate in the strategy and design of new functionality and intellectual property (IP)
The candidate provides structured support to customers, including support ticket monitoring, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases.
The candidate takes personal ownership in the quality of finished products
The candidate can work with other team members and treat them with courtesy and respect, Worked with Business Functional consultants as well as Technical consultants.
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, MIS or a Computer related field of study
The candidate should have natural inter-personal skills that reflects with both internal teams and clients, able to speak with confidence and demonstrates care and integrity
The candidate has been a delivery professional for 3+ years and has experience in ERP/CRM implementations for small to large enterprise organizations. Experienced in at least 1-2 full, end-to-end implementation cycle of Dynamics 365.
The candidate has experience in following an enterprise implementation methodologies and collateral for large enterprise organizations
The candidate must have a solid understanding of the functional capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality and Transportation Management.
The candidate should have outstanding communication skills. Verbal communication should be clear
Must be familiar with the concepts around cloud topologies
Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills
Ability to travel to client locations as needed
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
