      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain dashboards to replace legacy spreadsheets, focusing on key metrics for business operations
      - Identify conversion patterns, lead quality signals, and provide pipeline insights for the sales team
      - Support executive decision-making with data-backed recommendations and scenario modeling
      - Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and promote best practices in data management
      - Conduct ad hoc analysis for leadership, addressing urgent, time-sensitive questions while balancing planned work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a high-growth startup
      - Strong SQL skills and experience with modern business intelligence tools
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating ambiguous questions into clear, data-driven narratives
      - Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines
      - Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product analytics and event-based data tools (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
      - Familiarity with SaaS or fintech metrics such as engagement, activation, retention, and NRR
      - Proficiency in Python or R for analytical scripting
      - Comfort using AI tools in analysis workflows
      - Interest or experience in data science, including modeling, experimentation, and statistical analysis
