      Job Responsibilities:
      - Conduct data profiling and research on database structures to understand relevant data elements and their definitions.
      - Identify and resolve data quality issues.
      - Develop data dashboards to assess data quality and performance and address any issues.
      - Monitor and analyze data governance metrics to establish baselines and measure success.
      - Participate in the creation and management of data governance policies and analyze potential impacts.

      Job Requirements:
      - 5+ years of business analysis experience.
      - 5+ years of experience managing projects and processes related to data integrity.
      - Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
      - Working experience in a major cloud environment (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
      - Experience in data management, data quality, and/or data governance.
      - Ability to translate business issues and requirements into actionable plans.
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data issues.
      - Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      - Expertise in stakeholder management and executive presentation.
      - Preferred: Enterprise ecommerce experience.

      Skills:
      - Highly proficient in SQL.
      - Experience with Business Intelligence Platforms (Looker, MicroStrategy).
      - Familiarity with Data Governance Platforms (Alation).

      Education:
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

      Base Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

      - This position requires sitting, standing, and general office functions.
      - Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
