      In this role, you will lead the execution of Lonza’s visual brand, translating strategy into high-quality design solutions that align with corporate objectives. Partnering directly with senior leadership—including the CEO and Board—you will deliver premium assets while providing expert guidance on visual best practices. You will autonomously manage global projects and optimize design tools and templates to ensure a consistent, professional brand presence across all communication channels.

      What you will do:

      • Independently lead high-impact design projects from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are honored.

      • Act as the primary lead for high-visibility or sensitive projects, providing critical brand risk assessments and strategic creative direction.

      • Serve as the subject matter expert on Lonza’s visual identity, advising stakeholders to ensure all deliverables align strictly with corporate standards.

      • Partner with the Group Communications leadership team to design high-level corporate presentations and materials for senior executive audiences.

      • Facilitate alignment across global functions and regional teams, translating complex stakeholder needs into structured, brand-compliant design solutions.

      • Provide quality oversight and creative guidance to junior team members and external agency partners to maintain high output standards.

      • Drive the continuous improvement of design tools and templates within management systems (e. g., Frontify ) to enhance global scalability and efficiency.

      What we are looking for:

      • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

      • At least 7+ years of design experience within a corporate or agency environment, demonstrating an advanced level of creative execution.

      • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, with a deep understanding of layout, typography, and asset preparation for both print and digital.

      • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex business needs into brand-compliant solutions.

      • Strong ability to navigate defined brand frameworks and process-oriented environments to find creative, structured solutions.

      • A detail-oriented and organized working style with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects independently under tight deadlines.

      • Business fluency in English, coupled with a professional and constructive approach to receiving and implementing design feedback.
