      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own revenue growth for AI solutions across existing customers and new prospects
      - Lead executive-level discovery and sales conversations with senior leaders
      - Drive deals from initial engagement through to commercial agreement and production deployment
      - Collaborate with ERP sales teams on installed-base customers while owning AI outcomes
      - Help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy based on customer feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in selling complex or emerging technology solutions (AI, data platforms, advanced SaaS, etc.)
      - Experience selling to senior executives and navigating executive-level decision-making processes
      - Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering results
      - Collaborative, relationship-driven selling style with high integrity
      - Comfort operating in environments where solutions are tailored and value is co-created with customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
