      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage a team of Channel Sales professionals and leaders to ensure strategic engagement with the channel ecosystem
      - Collaborate with the Channel Sales management team to establish effective operational cadence across regions
      - Develop and implement strategies for team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and development
      - Act as the "voice of the partner" by establishing closed feedback loops for continuous improvement
      - Provide forecasts on partner performance, including revenue and upsell performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of Business to Business (B2B) / channel sales management experience with a proven track record
      - Strong experience in driving results through channel ecosystems and partnerships
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership and teams
      - Demonstrated executive presence and ability to build relationships with C-Suite partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Management experience in a technology-related field
      - Experience in cloud, security, SaaS, and enterprise software
      - Background in high-growth technology companies
      - Proven track record of developing and growing channel functions
