What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on the digital media and advertising technology sector
- Actively participate in complex deal strategy, pricing, and commercial negotiations to maximize profitability
- Implement structured sales training frameworks and provide coaching to ensure team members meet their targets
- Manage sales operations forecasting and maintain pipeline hygiene while reporting key metrics to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience leading and managing a sales team in digital advertising, AdTech, or digital media
- Direct experience managing sellers with individual quotas, ideally around $2 million
- Deep understanding of the media buying landscape, including DSPs and programmatic advertising
- Experience implementing and coaching teams using structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within a Google reseller ecosystem or the media side of adtech
- Established relationships with advertising agencies and key decision-makers in large corporate advertisers
