      • We are looking to hire a Senior Director, People Business Partner (PBP) to support the Worldwide Marketing organization. This includes supporting the Chief Marketing Officer directly as well as 7 Vice Presidents. You will be a change leader and strategic partner, navigating interesting and challenging work within a supportive and collaborative environment.       Responsibilities


      Organizational Partnership & Results

      • Partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance.
      • Play an active role in helping drive business transformation
      • Support the business strategy identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

      Leadership Effectiveness

      • In close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
      • Guide the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaders’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
      • Provide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategy
      • Coach Executives to build upon existing leadership strengths and developing areas of opportunity

      Employee Experience

      • Create and lead specific projects defined by the annual People Plan as well as participate in on-going functional and cross-functional initiatives
      • Promote feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomes
      • Drive engagement of Autodesk’s Culture Code and adherence to Code of Conduct
      • Ensure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performance

      PBP Team

      • Lead, develop and manage 1 direct report (Sr People Business Partner)
      • Be an active member of the broader PBP community. Participate in cross-functional projects, thought discussions, knowledge sharing, etc.


      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
      • 12+ years of HR experience Working knowledge of human resource disciplines (ideally including organizational design, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, performance management, culture & belonging, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis to inform strategy, employee relations)
      • Ideally 5+ years’ experience managing a global team in a matrixed environment
      • Success in leading or supporting a global organization with ability to manage performance and develop talent.
      • Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a global organization
      • Proven experience supporting business transformation
      • Able to combine great people intuition, business judgement and discretion in decision-making
      • Experience providing business partnership and support to senior executives
      • Consultative approach to strategic partnership
      • Executive leadership coaching experience
      • Ability to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiatives
      • Successful track record of implementing HR processes, employee resourcing performance management and change management
      • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities acting with agility
      • Team player with a sense of ownership - self-motivated and able to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
      • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
