Job Description

- Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Manage merchandise within warehouse; including packing, pulling, shipping and receiving products.
- Assemble Medical equipment and implant sets — ensuring accurate product transfer within a systematic timeframe.
- Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as processing credits or adjusting bills.
- Routine cycle-counts and audits of Biomet Microfixation inventory.
- Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Operate and maintain Autoclave processes and functions; sterilize all incoming product.
- Review documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials. Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.

- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Stay organized / detail oriented.
- Must have computer literacy to include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Maintain focus on teamwork when performing individual tasks to achieve departmental goals.
- High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of previous customer service, inventory, or distribution experience.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to effectively function in a fast pace working environment.
- Must be physically able to lift and/or move 30lbs.
- Must be physically able to stand for 45-minutes at a time.
