Job Description
- Req#: JR105638
- Ensuring documentation is processed and maintained in both the Client and Clough systems
- Process incoming and outgoing document submissions, from both Client and Suppliers, ensuring all project requirements and standards are maintained
- Ensure the project design and delivery teams are informed in the correct use of the EDMS
- Respond to project documentation enquiries from the project design and delivery teams, the client, supplier and sub-contractors
- Create and distribute document status reports
- Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of Document control systems and processes
- 5+ years minimum relevant experience in an Engineering / Construction environment
- Good working knowledge of a range of cloud-based EDM Systems
- Strong knowledge of key document control processes including vendor, client and workpacks
- Strong communication skills including the ability to work with team members in various geographic/remote locations
- An ability to coach project team members in the use of the EDMS and document control procedures
- Good understanding of technical and engineering terminology

Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Document Controller to join the team in a permanent role! In this role you will effectively provide Document Control expertise to the Lombrum Project in a cohesive and supportive team environment.
The Senior Document Controller will assist Clough's APAC Document Control Team to ensure that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner to the required level of accuracy, the basis of design, and the terms of the contract. You will ensure that cost effective solutions are applied to meet project objectives.
