What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and optimize the Epic pharmacy application for accurate medication workflows
- Collaborate with team members to maintain system reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining pharmacy systems to support clinical workflows
- Provide user support, onboarding, and training as needed
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and product lifecycle activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Epic Pharmacy applications; Epic Willow certification preferred
- Familiarity with Omnicell-Epic interface preferred
- Intermediate technical analysis and problem management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology or informatics
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and workflows
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes
