Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage all phases of family law litigation, ensuring each step is executed with precision and care.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop case strategies that align with clients' best interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and ensure informed decision-making.
• Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
• Assist in the preparation for hearings and trials, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness schedules.
Qualifications
• Experience in family law litigation, with a deep understanding of the nuances and complexities involved.
• Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents accurately, ensuring compliance with court standards.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with attorneys to develop strategic case plans.
• Strong research skills to support case preparation and ensure well-informed legal decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain empathetic and clear client interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage and maintain comprehensive case files, ensuring easy accessibility.
