What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with financial and variance analysis for Local Systems and HSHS affiliates
- Provide refined analysis of monthly operations to support accountability reporting
- Maintain and offer ongoing operational support for Axiom software
- Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare, or related field
- Strong analytical skills to perform financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly Axiom software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and best practices
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Previous experience with financial software implementation or support
