      We're Nagarro.

We are a digital product engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18 000+ experts across 39 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We're looking for great new colleagues. That's where you come in!

By this point in your career, it is not just about the tech you know or how well you can code. It is about what more you want to do with that knowledge. Can you help your teammates proceed in the right direction? Can you tackle the challenges our clients face while always looking to take our solutions one step further to succeed at an even higher level? Yes? You may be ready to join us.

      Job Description

We are looking for a stellar developer with a front-end background, particularly in React and
TypeScript, but also familiar with Next.js and Storybook and eager to learn new skills
as needed. The future team colleague must feel comfortable working in a creative and dynamic environment that deviates from traditional development norms typically seen by front-end developers. This means adapting to shifting priorities and evolving processes, as we focus on experimentation, learning from failures, and continuous improvement.

      Responsibilities

      • Build and maintain web-based front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Storybook.
      • Ensure accessibility best practices and responsive design are implemented across all features.
      • Align development with established design system guidelines for consistency and scalability.
      • Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving team processes in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
      • Collaborate closely with designers and other developers in a creative, cross-functional setting.
      • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement.
      • Embrace feedback, iterate on ideas, and help shape non-traditional development approaches.

      Qualifications

      • Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Storybook; skilled in building reusable, consistent components.
      • Applies accessibility (WCAG) standards and mobile-first responsive design.
      • Experienced with design systems and core UI/UX principles (layout, spacing, behavior).
      • Writes clear documentation and communicates effectively with the team.
      • Comfortable working with legacy code and refactoring when needed.
      • Detail-oriented, ensures design fidelity, and values code reviews.
      • Works independently, takes ownership, and contributes to a feedback-driven team culture.
  • About the company

A digital product engineering leader, Nagarro drives technology-led business breakthroughs for industry leaders and challengers through agility and innovation.
