      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and manage programs ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations
      - Develop strategies and policies for culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS)
      - Assess operational gaps and recommend improvements to senior management
      - Liaise with community coalitions and regulatory bodies to enhance knowledge of C&L standards
      - Oversee translation and interpreter services, ensuring quality and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Social Work, Medical Anthropology, Public Health, or a related field; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in government, health, or community programs
      - Experience in managed care preferred
      - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and health equity initiatives
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and implementing health equity initiatives
      - Familiarity with California State Health Programs and related regulations
      - Knowledge of community-based organizations and public health systems
      - Proven ability to manage and facilitate Community Advisory Committees
      - Experience in training or developing educational materials for diverse audiences
