      Locations : India, Singapore, Malaysia, Netherlands , Belgium , Germany

      In this role, you will work with stakeholders and team members from across the globe supporting HR and Operational leaders within regions and countries by designing, documenting, and implementing global Work Time and Pay processes with a strong focus on integrations to our external providers.

      You will work closely with your IT colleagues in implementing these processes and integrations within and from the global HR system as well as contributing towards the change management of this implementation through your network of stakeholders. You will continually look for opportunities to improve; utilizing skills in HR process re-engineering and business change management, ensuring we remain an essential part of everyday life.

      Your key accountabilities include:

      • Provide expertise and analysis on Business Process Optimization issues regarding design and documentation of the Work Time and Pay process globally
      • Interpret and test interface design to ensure robust delivery of Time and Payroll data to external vendor systems
      • Responsible for end-to-end processes, collection, assessment, documentation, and standardization of existing processes
      • Identify and analyze risks, propose mitigation actions, and suggest solutions for resolution of escalations
      • Perform end-to-end standardization of the Work Time and Pay process in alignment with BPO peer group and assigned stakeholders outside the HR organization
      • Design and incorporate suggested and approved changes to the Work Time and Pay process; communicate changes to affected teams; keep all documentation regarding Work Time and Pay process up to date; design and implement approved changes in the local adaptions of the Target Operating Model (TOM)


      Qualifications

      • 3 years’ experience in related roles
      • Good understanding of payroll processes
      • Experience in the design and implementation of payroll or time interfaces (not coding)
      • Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages
      • Experience of Work Time & Pay processes within HR systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP
      • Very good business English
      • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other staff
      • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
