What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct complex classification studies and prepare detailed reports and recommendations
- Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of human resources programs
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on personnel policies and procedures
- Analyze and interpret complex data related to human resources
- Lead and train staff on various human resources functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of professional human resources experience in a large organization
- Significant college coursework or a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and practices in human resources administration
- Strong analytical, research, and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the public sector or with labor relations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data collection methods
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience in training and coaching others on HR functions
