      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Strong analytical, research, and project management skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

      - Experience in the public sector or with labor relations
      - Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data collection methods
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
      - Experience in training and coaching others on HR functions
