- The Hiring Manager will also consider candidates for a HR Business Partner or Lead HR Business Partner. Level of position offered will be based upon the depth and breadth of the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
- Partners with business areas to develop and execute plans that optimize talent, structure, and process.
- Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, and drive business change efforts.
- Provides consultative and comprehensive HR support to Employees and management by analyzing and recommending solutions.
- Actively participates in staff meetings with business areas as appropriate.
- Advises on federal, state, and local laws, guidelines, regulations, and rules related to employment with regard to the application of policies, practices, and procedures.
- Serves as a liaison to the Human Resources Division, linking the needs of the business area to the services provided by the division.
- Conducts or assists with various training programs, particularly for leadership skills and capabilities.
- Tracks and analyzes statistical workforce data related to corrective action and turnover rates, brings forward emerging trends that require action to mitigate talent related risks.

- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a client focused HR Business Partner role, employee relations, or a related human resources field, or
- Associate degree and seven years of experience in a client focused HR Business Partner role, employee relations, or a related human resources field, or
- High School diploma and nine years of experience in a client focused HR Business Partner role, employee relations, or a related human resources field required.
- Master’s degree in business, human resources or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, talent and succession management, workforce planning, employee and union relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, performance management, change management, and federal and state respective employment laws required.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and human resource management systems software required.
- Training in, exposure to, and/or understanding of data and analytics required.
- Some overnight travel required.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)-Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

Position Summary
Provides human resources services throughout the organization, including strategic guidance related to performance management, succession planning, retention, and workforce analytics. Advises and supports leaders in implementing integrated human resources practices and aligning to organizational strategy. Provides advice and counsel on human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
