      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance to assigned client groups on various HR topics
      - Build relationships with internal HR teams and business stakeholders
      - Implement HR best practices such as performance management and talent management
      - Oversee employee relations issue resolution and maintain documentation
      - Draft communications and create presentations for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
      - 7-10+ years progressive HRBP experience
      - Additional expertise in a Center of Excellence role desired
      - PHR or other professional designation preferred
      - Outstanding communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Center of Excellence role such as L&D or Talent Acquisition
