  Fujitsu is looking for a Senior IAM MIM Engineer within the Cyber organization who will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and designing services for IAM and Microsoft Identity Manager platform. The Senior IAM/MIM Engineer role will also provide technical leadership, resolve and appropriately complete assigned cases and change requests, act as an escalation for support issues, provide guidance to junior engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, apply new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determine the course of action for new application initiatives. This role will also require the ability to lead and coordinate efforts among the team. Individuals must be self-motivated and able to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment.

  Responsibilities Of the Role Include

  • Managing directory services (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect)
  • Delivering privileged identity management and its applications to groups/roles
  • Managing conditional access policy, including business and user impact
  • Managing other Azure AD identity and security technologies and services such as identity risk, device management and enterprise applications
  • Managing sync services such as AAD Connect, FIM, MIM and ADFS service
  • Bringing a culture of implementing Identity lifecycle management to all aspects of the role
  • Implementing report and audit capabilities into solution designs, as well as utilizing role-based access control implementation as a foundation of new design
  • Keeping up to date with new authentication mechanisms and their possible benefits throughout the business

  Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate Degree related but not limited to IT or Information Security
  • 3+ years' experience in IT Security and Access Management
  • Certifications and trainings related to Microsoft Identity Manager and/or M365 Identity and Access Management
  • Must have fundamental understanding of IT Architectures, Cloud, and Security Technologies
