What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage access request workflows across privileged systems, ensuring proper access provisioning
- Lead authorization governance and policy decisions for critical systems
- Design and implement automated workflows to create a seamless identity lifecycle
- Monitor and address identity risks to ensure continuous identity security
- Establish governance frameworks for non-human identities and AI security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA)
- Hands-on experience with modern IGA and Identity Discovery tools
- Proven experience managing non-human identities in cloud-native environments
- Understanding of Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) principles
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or specialized workflow languages for automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with regulatory requirements such as SOX or PCI and translating them into technical controls
- Strong analytical skills to leverage identity analytics for risk prioritization
- A systems thinking approach to balancing people, process, and technology
