      Role & Responsibilities

      The Senior Innovation Manager - CIC, APAC ex CN ex IN oversees projects from innovation design to delivery, coordinating the various internal and external contributors. He/She will be reporting to the General Manager, CIC APAC ex CN ex IN, and responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Project Management : Responsible for the end to end project management of all assigned product innovation projects, including project scoping, planning, creative work, progress management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management, and etc.

      1. Scoping: Determine and define project scope and objectives

      2. Planning : Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Develops plans / timetables / budget for task completion using appropriate project management tools.

      3. Financial Management: Track overall project costs in order to meet the functional budget

      4. Progress Management: Monitors all the project progress, discusses and initiates corrective actions based on feedback and changes with each sub project leader. Issues regular progress reports. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

      5. Stakeholder Management: Co-work with functional leads to manage & engage internal stakeholders with effective stakeholder analysis & strategy

      6. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessment and develop contingency plans as necessary.

      • Continuous Improvement

      1. Analyze current product innovation processes and identify areas of improvement

      2. Make & implement effective action plans / projects.

      What we ask:

      • A Bachelor or Master degree

      • At least 10 years of experience, focusing in Project or Process Management in Innovation

      • Outstanding communication skills in a cross-cultural working environment

      • Excellent client and relationship management in cross-functional teams

      • Agile enough to be able to face and turnaround on any project or process challenges

      • A great team player as well as an independent contributor
