      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase client and broker base
      - Analyze data to identify and secure renewal and upsell opportunities
      - Educate clients on available products and programs, tailoring sales efforts to meet their needs
      - Deliver presentations to audiences of 25 or more, focusing on strategic messaging
      - Identify territory trends and competition to maximize revenue and growth potential

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of six years of sales experience in account management, business development, or client relationship roles
      - Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate state insurance license within six months of employment
      - Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to large groups
      - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Insurance industry experience preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations and build relationships with key decision-makers
      - Experience in influencing and negotiating resolutions in challenging situations
      - Financial acumen or willingness to learn it
      - Clean DMV record
