- Areas of expertise include (but not limited to): Monitoring and evaluation, gender equality, disability and social inclusion, communications and public diplomacy.

- Communications and public diplomacy
- Qualifications and professional experience in fields relevant to the application (i.e., monitoring and evaluation, GEDSI, and/or communications and public diplomacy),
- Strengths in, and a commitment to, gender equity, disability and social inclusion,
- Experience working either with or for the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, or similar donor agencies, experience with multi-lateral agencies is also beneficial
- Strong engagement skills with a wide range of government, non-government and donor organisations; and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a cross-cultural context,
- Contemporary working knowledge of the Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asia region.

About the Opportunity
Abt Associates is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from international development industry leaders, managers and technical experts who would like to join our team in Indonesia. We are calling for applicants with demonstrated experience in the Southeast Asia region, in management and technical experience in the areas of:
About You
Individuals expressing interest in technical roles will be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in one or more of the thematic areas identified above through holding similar positions advising governments, donors or similar clients. Applicants should either be based in Indonesia or be willing to relocate for the role.
