What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop quality iOS applications for the App Store with a significant user base or brand
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient and scalable data contracts
- Partner with Android engineers on architecture concepts that leverage the unique advantages of the iOS platform
- Utilize continuous integration and beta distributions for codebase development
- Share technical knowledge through information sessions, documentation, and blog posts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience developing quality iOS applications in the App Store with a significant user base or brand
- Passionate about mobile architecture and separation of concerns for UI, data storage, and network access
- Experience in Swift and with Xcode and Interface Builder
- Demonstrated use of asynchronous coding with Blocks and Grand Central Dispatch
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing iOS applications for a global user base
- Familiarity with adaptive layouts using size classes and offline data for remote areas
