Work with lead developers and business analysts to design stable and effective technical solutions that meet the needs of the global business and utilize best practices.
Provide technical documentation, including technical specifications, source code comments, and user documentation for all development objects to ensure continuity and collaboration with other analysts and developers.
Work with team members to develop, document, and implement IT processes correcting deficiencies, improving reliability, and increasing efficiency.
Analyze current technologies and take appropriate corrective action to ensure systems are operating correctly and within established operational and information security parameters.
Support end-user acceptance testing activities and release management.
Provide 2nd level support for assigned technologies, in some instances 24x7 support.
Ensure performance and availability meet or exceed established service level standards.
Support and manage assigned projects according to the B-F IT project management methodology, procedures, and processes.
Ability to isolate, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
Perform tasks required to ensure published Service Level Agreements are met.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential periodic travel.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to perform detailed analysis, design, construction, testing, quality assurance, implementation, and administration of software solutions for business requests using the full suite of SAP’s development technologies.
Senior-level experience of SAP ABAP programming, ABAP objects, creating/changing data dictionary objects, screen/dialog programming, configuration, and workflow in the functional areas of ERP modules, such as SD, MM, FI, etc.
Knowledge of SAP HANA, Java, oData services, SAP Web IDE, UX design principles, and SAP Fiori framework.
Develop and ensure compliance to programming standards, based on SAP best practices.
Responsible for testing, configuration, design, and documentation associated with implementation projects, system upgrades, OSS notes, and support pack installations.
Investigate and solve problems by documenting solutions and transferring key learnings to appropriate users.
Knowledge of crucial business functions and processes.

Meaningful Work From Day One:
Responsible for implementing SAP development in SAP instances. Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP RICEFW objects within SAP S/4HANA, BW on HANA, and SCM on HANA. Perform the complete development lifecycle such as analysis, project planning, systems design, and implementation. Follow B-F’s IT project management methodology to lead and manage multiple simultaneous technology infrastructure projects.

What Exactly Are We Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
Experience: 5 or more years applicable experience
