      SALARY: $94,400-$112,100, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

      JOB SUMMARY:

      The Key Account Manager is responsible for selling and executing Anheuser-Busch sales and marketing programs for assigned national accounts. Responsibilities include planning, executing and coordinating the aligned business objectives for our customers while driving execution of approved programming at the store level. In this role, you will develop relationships with high-level personnel across different functions to identify opportunities and accomplish mutual sales goals.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      • Collaborate with AB Commercial and Wholesaler Teams to build creative programs and drive execution
      • Lead retail communication with AB Commercial and Wholesaler KAM Teams
      • Provide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotions, ad features, post promo analysis
      • Direct and manage category opportunities to grow overall beer business
      • Utilize sales tools IRI, Hero, IDIG, VIPR, Power Bi
      • Evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated targets
      • Contribute to the development and management of monthly PR’s and the annual account plan

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired)
      • Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling)
      • Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
      • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
      • Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred
      • Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
      • Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries
      • Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and Wholesaler Equity Agreement
      • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
