      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer for one or more Agile teams within the HRMSD
      - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) sessions
      - Coach team members on Agile principles and SAFe practices to enhance delivery velocity and quality
      - Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage release trains using ServiceNow SPM or Jira
      - Track Agile metrics and report performance to HRMSD leadership, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in federal IT programs with at least 3+ years as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Scaled Agile Framework (Scrum Master) certification
      - Proven success in leading Agile teams through multiple Program Increments and Agile Release Trains
      - Proficiency with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, or equivalent Agile management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in process re-engineering and performance metrics development within HR or enterprise systems
      - Public Trust (Tier 1) or higher security clearance
      - Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and CMMC Level 2 security controls
