      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of 8 to 10 full-cycle Account Executives through rapid growth phases
      - Develop and implement weekly plans to focus the team on high-impact tasks
      - Conduct daily coaching sessions to foster a culture of accountability and high standards
      - Utilize data and reporting to track pipeline health and guide coaching strategies
      - Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine team strategies and improve workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
      - 3+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
      - Strong operational discipline and ability to use data for coaching and execution
      - Proficiency with sales technology tools like Salesforce and Salesloft
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

      - Experience selling to founders and finance teams, such as controllers and finance managers
      - Demonstrated success in developing talent through hands-on coaching methods
