- Act as principal point of contact for client marketing teams in respect of Visa-led initiatives/properties and clientled initiatives contributed to by Visa.
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and client/s, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business
- Confidently lead and facilitate marketing related conversations with clients to surface potential opportunities, scope projects, and pitch proposals
- Strategize and partner with clients to develop, lead and execute multiyear end-to end lifecycle marketing – identify, scope, business case development, price, pitch, proposal, delivery and implementation (including delivery through 3rd party agencies creative and media agencies) and use of Visa’s marketing assets and capabilities to drive positive business outcomes for the client/s and Visa.
- Develop/refine client marketing strategies
- Apply solid business and industry knowledge and latest marketing/consumer trends to carry out business objectives to achieve outcomes
- Support RfPs and new business wins through marketing thought leadership and ideation
- Manage budget, forecasts, production and campaign tracking in collaboration with Clients and third-party suppliers

Job Description
What’s it all about?
The role purpose is to strategize and partner with the Client and Account team to identify opportunities to drive the Account Plan that leads to successful commercial outcomes for the client. This will be done through leveraging Visa marketing & communications brand, assets and capabilities, to develop co-marketing programs which deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes. This role will focus primarily on co-marketing opportunities with a Signature UK client although as with all small teams, some flexibility will be required to lead on other clients and cross functional projects. Working in partnership with key UKI stakeholders including Account Executives, Visa Consulting & Analytics and Product as well as the European and Global Hub teams and regional colleagues.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Qualifications
• A seasoned commercial marketer, curious, dynamic and passionate about the payments industry and marketing
• Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders internally (matrix, global organization) and externally (Clients)
• Ability to lead and facilitate impactful discussions with small and large groups
• Comfortable with engaging and presenting with impact to senior decision makers
• Extensive experience of Marketing and B2B Partnerships
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Data and insights led
• Budget management and reporting
• Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to structure and manage multiple initiative simultaneously and drive to completion, often with short deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience of delivering co-marketing
• Agency/client side experience a bonus
• Education to University degree level, or hold equivalent professional experienceAdditional Information
