      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, mentor, and coach Customer Success Managers to foster a high-performance culture
      - Develop and execute customer success plans aligning Arcadia's solutions with customer business objectives
      - Lead quarterly business reviews to assess customer performance and define strategic initiatives
      - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to relay customer feedback and drive enhancements
      - Oversee contract renewals and implement proactive engagement and retention strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within healthcare technology
      - 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring customer success or account management teams
      - Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field or equivalent professional work experience
      - Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and healthcare data analytics
      - Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using technologies such as SQL Server, JIRA, and others to resolve complex data issues
      - Knowledge of HIPAA and experience with EHR or Claims data
      - Proven ability to lead successful client meetings with a range of stakeholders
      - Familiarity with programming languages and their application in healthcare technology
      - Multiple years in IT support and relevant experience in value-based care/population health management
