What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team focused on acquiring new business customers for the employer's services
- Drive team performance to achieve sales quotas and organizational goals
- Maintain expertise on the employer's products and services
- Oversee sales initiatives and related support programs
- Conduct performance reviews and address any personnel issues in accordance with company policy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in business management or sales
- Proven ability to manage employee performance and drive results
- Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to forecast revenue accurately
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
