      Purpose

      This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the development, deployment, and reporting of dealer incentive programs in the RX sub-division. These programs are designed to motivate and inspire exceptional performance in Retail Experience (RX). It is highly visible at a C-Suite level and this role is responsible for budgets exceeding $220M. The nature of the position is fast-paced, highly cross-functional, deeply analytical, and collaborative in nature. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, financial management expertise, strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.

      Major Responsibilities

      ~ Develop, execute, and report on dealer incentive programs that motivate exceptional performance in Retail Experience. Create, manage, and provide frequent tracking and reporting of results to HMA executive management, regions, and partnering groups.

      ~ Report on all metric performance at multiple intervals and create approval decks and program progress reports. Responsible for documentation of all programs processes to ensure consistent management and understanding between parties and ensures proper support documentation is available internally and in multiple repositories intended for region/field and/or dealer use and access.

      ~ Extensive forecasting, analysis, budget management, and multi-faceted monthly reporting of programs, which must always be budget neutral and is deeply Excel-based.

      ~ Manage the CX Governance process through the receipt of exception requests, vetting, documenting, presenting, capturing decision making and decision makers, cost implications, and sign-off for Finance under K-SOX guidelines.

      ~ Oversee and manage the use and maintenance of the internal metrics that support the programs used or that need to be used in the Dealer Performance Management Dashboard working with Dealer Performance & Relations, Digital Business Planning, and HAEA to ensure metrics are working as intended.

      ~ Support the documentation of all programs processes to ensure consistent management and understanding between all parties, the communication with stakeholders in multiple capacities (region/field communications, DCS messages for dealers), the regular updating of the associated documentation in all associated Repositories and SharePoint sites for alignment.

      ~ Responsible for all annual budgets and related recovery for these and other incentive programs

      ~ Work in partnership with: Retail Experience and Training, Service Experience and Training, Technical Training, Customer Feedback and Analytics to ensure successful development, implementation, and ongoing execution of dealer incentives designed to improve HMA’s RX. Work in strong collaboration with operational teams (Aftersales, Sales, Dealer Network, Customer Feedback, Training) as needed.

      ~ Serve as the primary interface to the internal, region, and field staff effectively coaching and counseling as needed, as well as developing strong relationships.

      Authority

      ~ Own relevant business metrics, while monitoring changes in KPIs that impact performance.

      ~ Responsible for department PR/PO documents associated with projects for survey delivery and enhancement.

      ~ Responsible for all forecasts as well as the accuracy of those forecasts in Excel.

      ~ Create, release, and pay departmental invoices, dealer program credits/debits, and all program monthly payment entries through SAP.

      ~ A primary stakeholder for policy changes within the division regarding the RX experience.

      ~ Development and execution of programs.

      ~ Invoice and PR approval.

      ~ Leverage DocuSign for approval routing.

      Education

      ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
      ~ Master’s degree a plus
      ~ Must be a high school graduate

      Related Experience

      ~ Eight plus years of automotive wholesale and retail experience with two years in a supervisory capacity.

      ~ Prior experience at an automotive dealership and/or OEM regional assignment is mandatory.

      ~ Five years of experience in business administration/project management preferred.

      ~ Three years of experience leading cross-functional teams

      ~ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

      ~ Strong demonstrated working knowledge of Excel

      ~ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

      ~ High proficiency in PC skills, expertise in Microsoft programs.
