      9Rooftops Role

      We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to serve as the go-to resource for analytics support on the clients/projects to which they are assigned. Working closely with the broader strategy, media, CRM, and digital experience teams, the Senior Marketing Analyst will lead the development of strategic measurement and testing plans, implement tracking requirements, design and manage performance reports and dashboards, and help clients translate raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations. This individual should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience analyzing and modeling data from a variety of sources.

      • Develop campaign measurement strategies for clients across a wide range of industries including website, CRM and media.
      • Identify appropriate KPIs to align activities to goals.
      • Extract, transform, load, and blend data from multiple sources, while maintaining strict standards for data quality and accuracy.
      • Design, develop, and maintain client-facing reports and dashboards leading to recommendations tailored to clients’ goals.
      • Collaborate with cross-agency teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations, optimize campaign performance, and identify opportunities to deliver added value and enhance client relationships.
      • Lead the presentation of findings & recommendations to clients and senior-level stakeholders.
      • Develop and execute test designs and ad hoc analyses.
      • Implement, test and monitor the deployment and management of tags on websites. Identify and triage tagging issues that may arise.
      • Utilize a variety of web analytics, data management, and BI tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Datorama etc.).
      • Travel periodically, as needed.

      What Else

      Knowledge, skills, abilities:

      • Knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
      • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Datorama, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau.
      • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management system.
      • Experience using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely a plus.
      • Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills in MS Excel and experience with relational databases/SQL a plus.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in interpreting data to glean actionable insights.
      • Passion for data analysis, critical thinking, and storytelling.

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related STEM field.
      • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or business analytics role (agency, media, technology, or other).
      • 3+ years of experience with social listening, social analytics, web analytics, and digital media analytics (display, paid search, video).
      • 3+ years of experience working with CRM customer and campaign data.
