What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex analytics and reporting projects, delivering insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while developing queries and reports
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to enable data availability and quality for analytics
- Define and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for business tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- At least 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Data Analytics tools and services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years' experience with Python and/or R for statistical analysis and data modeling
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications in a marketing context
