What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and facilitate training events on various topics for groups and individuals
- Update written work instructions and training materials in response to regulatory changes
- Provide post-training quality analysis reviews and feedback
- Collaborate with business units, medical directors, and subject matter experts on new directives
- Develop and perform quality assurance activities, record scores, and monitor results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent post-high school experience
- Active RN license applicable to the state of practice
- 4 or more years of clinical nursing experience
- Leadership and/or training experience
- Nurse Analyst experience with a background in Medicare principles and guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience working as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Technical proficiency in computers and software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and excel at time management
