- Deliver a variety of individual and group-based interventions that promote recovery and improve quality of life.

- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- State HCPC Registration
- Full UK driving license and use of car
- Experience of working in a mental health and/or community setting
- Clinical reasoning skills to carry out OT assessments and interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of developing and running groups
- Knowledge and experience of MOHO and/or specialist assessments
- Experience of assessing for physical health needs/equipment
- Ability to undertake clinical risk - assess, manage and reduce potential risks
- Ability to initiate, plan, prioritise and coordinate a range of activities in relation to clinical work and the wider MDT team/service
- ability to use IT to support with role
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Previous service development activities and role development
- Awareness of current legislation in Mental Health Services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to service development, supported by the Head Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead OTs within the Working Age Community Mental Health Services.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong occupational identity, who will work as part of a well-integrated multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective, evidence-based OT interventions.
