      Job summary

      This is an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist wishing to further develop their career within the community mental health setting. If required, consideration will be given to a therapist within a current band 5 role as a transitional Band 5 to Band 6 development opportunity should level of experience require some specific goals prior to reaching the skills required for a band 6 role.

      Main duties of the job

      Within this role the Occupational Therapist will work within the wider MDT predominantly delivering caseload management, assessment and treatment intervention within the Braintree locality mental health team. The post holder will be part of the Occupational Therapy service that delivers services acrossMid Essex, therefore receiving professional supervision, support and guidance from within the service.
