What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned sales objectives by effectively communicating product information to healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and sales goals
- Navigate complex healthcare organizational structures to promote Nuvalent's products
- Manage administrative requirements including budget and CRM reporting within company guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial leadership for integrated customer support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
- Minimum of 9 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with at least 3 years in oncology/hematology or rare diseases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel periodically for territory management

- Experience in oral therapeutic selling within oncology or rare disease markets
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with promotional regulations (FDA, OIG, PhRMA)
- Ability to develop innovative solutions for customer challenges
