      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve assigned sales objectives and develop territory business plans

      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support and strategy
      - Utilize competitive intelligence to inform territory management and strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Minimum of 9 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with 3+ years in oncology/hematology or rare disease markets
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
      - Willingness to travel periodically for territory management
