- The successful candidate will be a senior leader who can lead others through challenging situations and operational environments who can remain positive and effective under pressure.
- They will possess a can-do attitude, logical and analytical with the ability to assess situations and make command decisions as required.
- They need to be opened to change, using experience to drive change in process and mindset if needed and not be afraid to take on challenges.
- The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Strategic Planning & Intraday management methodologies for front and back-office activity. Leading a team to deliver both strategic outlook and real time management across our multi-site & client business.
- The role holder will be accountable for the leadership and development of colleagues along with the development of our resource planning function.
- Excellent stakeholder management & relationship building skills will be required to work closely with our operational teams – becoming a subject matter expert to enable operational decision making + working with client stakeholders to provide insight and professional service

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the workforce planning team to deliver innovative solutions enabling the organization to accomplish goals and strategic plan
- Develop our long-term strategic planning & Intraday activity/tools in line with an evolving operational environment
- Become subject matter expert for workforce planning activities
- Provide data driven solutions to key stakeholders assisting with the decision-making process for our operation environment
- Identify resourcing requirements for short/medium/long term needs within a multi account & supplier environment
- Prepare reports and deliver narrative to support
- Develop action plans in line with challenges/needs of the business
- Collaborate with MI teams to enhance our data led analytic ability
- Assist on project-based tasks as appropriate
- Substantial knowledge of business planning processes
- Understanding of resourcing commercial requirements (utilisation, headcount, other KPIs)
- Substantial knowledge of workforce trends + tools/technology
- Experience developing workforce planning and modelling
- Experience leveraging technology to drive efficient and effective resourcing
- Experience working within a multi-client environment
- Experience collaborating with external agencies in the pursuit of headcount delivery
- Requirement to successfully complete a BPSS security clearance check to do this role.
