  As a Senior Performance Tester you’ll be working in an experienced delivery team providing a high quality performance test approach.

  You'll be joining a fast pace environment and will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and have your proactivity valued.

  You’ll enjoy the following day-to-day activities

  • Performance testing/non-functional testing i.e. security testing, load testing, or recovery testing
  • Stakeholder management
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the QA Team
  • Creating and maturing frameworks and processes
  • Working across a variety of tools i.e. Gatling, JMeter, K6 similar tools

  General Requirements

  • Multiple sector experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
  • Able to grasp complex solutions
  • Champion best practices
  • Able to write reports, detailing findings, recommendations and detailed analysis.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and tuning
  • Implement a framework. Assess the landscape, carry out gap analysis and identify areas of risk.

  Technical Requirements

  • Expert in testing tools such as gatling, jmeter and/or loadrunner
  • expert in performance testing principles
  • Able to understand application code
  • Able to use APM tool for performance investigations
  • Able to articulate and work with other technology teams to resolve issues.
