      The Senior Planview Engineer – Business Systems is a senior member of the team responsible for the ongoing development and support of the Planview software suite. Working with an existing team, the Senior Planview engineer is expected to provide consultative advice, guidance and hands on experience with the configuration, integration, development and supportability of the system. The Senior Planview Engineer should possess a strategic mindset and be able to see the bigger picture, while also be able to provide guidance on detailed system configuration and maintenance components.

      What you'll be doing:

      • Provide consultation on complex projects as the senior Planview SME with in depth knowledge of the platform capability coupled with best practice configuration experience

      • Stakeholder management experience and communication with C-Level and below

      • Promote Best Practice development, enhancements and administration of Planview aligned to Corporate Strategy, including but not limited to;

        • Enterprise product integrations

        • Best Practice deployment strategies

        • Strategy collaboration, definition and implementation

        • Financial, timesheet and WBS implementation

        • Ongoing support and supportability aligned to Best Practice

      • Ensure positive customer satisfaction through every engagement of the team. Where performance is less than satisfactory, develop and implement appropriate improvement plans.

      • Be an active participant in Scrum calls as required

      • Interface with Senior Business leaders to gather, review, prioritize and deliver product enhancements, ensuring regular C level and below communication as required

      • Support the ongoing development of Planview knowledge management and transfer, including the creation, enhancement and retirement of knowledge articles and documentation

      • Ensure the maximum utilization of the Planview technology platforms to deliver Customer Satisfaction, increase process maturity and cost optimization

      • Develop and deliver training as required to the immediate team and wider business units

      • Act as a point of escalation for the immediate team and other Business Units/Management as required.

      • Develop and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions and training materials to promote excellence. This includes the governance detailed in company processes and documentation. Where possible, these should align to industry Best Practice

      • Ensure the development of Planview takes into account a holistic view of business lines by supporting initiatives in other departments as required

      • Build departmental strategies aligned to support corporate goals and position tactical plans to ensure delivery excellence.

      • Develop, Maintain & Report Key Performance Indicators within department and with technology and service partners to ensure Quality, Productivity and cost optimization goals are met.

      What we're looking for:

      • Bachelor Degree

      • Planview Certified

      • ITIL Certified (preferably to V3 Expert or V4 Managing Professional)

      • Project Management certified desirable

      • Relevant previous experience will be considered

      • Greater than 5 years’ experience in a similar role

      • Experience with enterprise grade platforms such as Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday

      • Ability to maintain and be a part of an on-call rota system to support escalations

      • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and requirements preferred

      • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
